YANKEE CHILI | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can beef broth 2 cans tomato soup 1 soup can water 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red kidney beans 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni 3 tbsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. vinegar Brown beef and cook onion with garlic in saucepan or skillet. Cook until tender, using minimum amount of fat, if necessary. Stir to separate meat. Add other ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes, covered. Stir occasionally. Makes 12 cups chili. |
