BOUDIN (BLOOD SAUSAGE) 
1 gal. pork blood
1 gal. fresh milk
1 c. chopped onions (food chopper)
2 c. flour (mixed, diluted with milk)
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
Salt to taste
