PINK LEMONADE 
12 lemons
Superfine sugar
3 1/2 qts. water or seltzer water
2 tsp. grenadine

Strip yellow outer peel from 12 lemons, squeeze. Measure juice. Measure an equal amount of superfine sugar and pour both over peel. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain just before serving. Combine lemon sugar mixture with very cold water or seltzer and 2 teaspoons grenadine. Serve over crushed ice with a strawberry added. Makes 1 gallon.
