PINK LEMONADE 
2 c. fresh lemon juice
4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raspberry vinegar or grenadine syrup

Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar or a large vacuum bottle. Cover and shake until the sugar is dissolved. Keep in the refrigerator.

To serve, allow 1/4 cup of the syrup for each glass. Add ice cubes and fill with plain water or sparkling water. Makes about 12 drinks.
