MEAT DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1 egg
1 med. onion
2 slices bread
Boiling beef broth

Mix first 3 ingredients with enough water to make dough. Roll out and cut in 2- inch squares. Mix together next 4 ingredients and form small balls to put into dough.

Fold dough around balls and drop into beef broth. Cook about 20 minutes. Drain; fry until brown. Serve with broth.
