MEAT DUMPLINGS 
DOUGH:

3 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

FILLING:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Beat 3 eggs thoroughly. Add salt, water and flour to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 3 parts for easier handling. Sprinkle board with flour and roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into rounds and fill with meat mixture. Seal together with edges of fork. Drop dumplings into large kettle containing 3 quarts boiling salted water. Boil 25 minutes. Serve with cream sauce made with cream of mushroom soup.
