PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. can pineapple
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip

Bake 1 yellow cake mix in large jelly roll pan. Cake should be thin. Let cool. Spread pudding mixture over cake. (Mix 2 packages cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix until creamy; prepare pudding with 3 cups milk; fold 2 mixtures together.)

Drain pineapple and spread over pudding. Cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Good for a large party.
