WILD RICE AND BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 c. wild rice 2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion, diced 1/2 c. celery, diced 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, with liquid 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken rice soup 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup 1 c. slivered almonds Cook wild rice according to package directions. Brown meat; drain fat. Mix all ingredients except almonds. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with almonds. Bake 30 more minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
