BANANA MALLOW DESSERT 
1 lg. banana, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (4 servings) pkg. Jello (any red flavor)
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water (ice cubes) or use 1 c. fresh or canned peaches

Place banana slices and marshmallows in a serving bowl. Set aside. Dissolve Jello in boiling water; combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups and add to Jello, stirring until slightly thickened - if necessary, remove unmelted ice. Pour over bananas and marshmallows in bowl or in individual dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Makes about 3 cups or 6 servings. Top with Cool Whip.
