SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb.) cans sweet potatoes (Bush's)
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping (recipe follows)
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mash drained sweet potatoes. (Leave liquid from one can.) Mix with rest of ingredients except topping. Pour into casserole 8 x 11 1/2 and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with topping. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until brown sugar and butter is bubbly.

TOPPING:

2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

Combine all ingredients and spread on top of casserole. Follow cooking directions as listed above.
