BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, sausage or pepperoni
1 c. pizza sauce
1 c. shredded cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion

Brown beef or sausage. Season to taste. Drain grease. Flour pizza pan. Prepare batter; combine all the batter ingredients, mixing until smooth. Pour batter in pan, tilting unit it covers the bottom.

Arrange meat, onions and mushrooms over batter. Bake on low rack in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
