RHUBARB PIE 
Rhubarb to fill pie plate
Flour
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. brown sugar
Butter (size of walnut)

Cut rhubarb in pieces. Place on top of unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle flour over and through rhubarb. Add sugar, slightly beaten egg and tiny pieces of butter. Place lattice crust over top and bake.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then down to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
