CABBAGE SCRAMBLE 
1 tbsp. salad oil
3 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 med. thinly sliced onion
1/2 green pepper, 1/4 inch strips
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage

Fry sausage and drain. Heat oil in large skillet. Add vegetables and seasoning, now add sausage. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with noodles.
