CRUST:

10 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

2 med. bananas
1 qt. strawberry ice cream, softened
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

For Crust: Pulverize cookies in food processor or blender. Add melted butter, process until blended. Press firmly against bottom and sides of 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, until set. Cool before filling.
