BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
BATTER:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

BATTER: Mix sugar, shortening, and eggs; stir in milk, sifted flours, baking powder and salt. Blend in about 2 cups of washed berries, drained. Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 inch pan.

Prepare topping and spread on batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
