PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
14 slices bread, broken (not real fresh) in casserole
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. butter, melted
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix sugar, salt, flour and beat into eggs. Pour over bread with butter. Stir in pineapple. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour (watch at end).
