VANILLA CRYSTAL CREAM 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 cans (13 oz.) Pet milk
A few drops yellow food coloring

Mix flour, sugar and salt together in pan. After mixing dry ingredients together, add milk and cook over medium heat to boiling. Beat eggs until smooth. Stir eggs and liquid ingredients together (remove from heat). Return to stove, cook five minutes longer, stirring to keep smooth. If it becomes lumpy, beat with mixer until smooth. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 gallon of milk and food coloring. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
