4 slices liver
1 can Franco- American mushroom gravy
1 sm. onion

Remove membrane from liver (this is fun). Tenderize (beat); dip in flour and brown on both sides. Place in casserole, add sliced onion and mushroom gravy. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
