GLAZED PECANS 
1 stick butter
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 c. shelled pecans

Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Beat egg whites to a soft peak. Add sugar and salt, beat until very stiff. Fold in pecans with wooden spoon. Spread into melted butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Remove to wax paper. When cool, break into pieces.
