1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg (or equivalent Egg Beaters)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and sugar in top of double boiler - remove from heat, add egg and beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in a greased 8 inch pan for 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of butterscotch chips over top before baking.
