8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. half & half or cream
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. Amaretto
1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese. Blend all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit: apples, pears, strawberries.
