PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. raw cabbage
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Form into balls. Top with sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until rice is done (about 45 minutes).
