BAILEY'S FUDGE SAUCE 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Slowly melt butter and chocolate in pan. Remove from flame. Add sugar and evaporated milk alternately. Stir until smooth. Return to low flame and simmer for 8-10 minutes using wire whisk. Makes 2 cups.
