CHICKEN KRUTONS | |
2 c. sm. chunked chicken or turkey 2 c. bread filling 1 c. mashed potatoes 2 eggs (or and equal) 1 or 2 stalks celery, if desired (diced) 1 onion (diced) Fry onion and celery almost cooked. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into Krutons or balls using almost a handful. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry to brown on all sides and to heat all ingredients that have been leftover. Serve with gravy. |
