HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. potato chips, crushed
2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. diced celery
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. almonds, slivered
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs, mashed

Crush potato chips and set aside. Combine meat, celery, almonds, onions and eggs and place half of mixture in casserole dish. Mix can of soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spoon half of mixture on meat mixture. Sprinkle with half of cheese and 1 cup potato chips. Continue layers in same order. Cover with crushed chips. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 generous servings.
