BEEF BRISKET 
4 lb. beef brisket
Garlic salt
Onion salt
1/4 bottle liquid smoke
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce

Sprinkle brisket liberally with the garlic and onion salt. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. When ready to bake, sprinkle with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover pan with foil. Bake 45 minutes per pound at 275 degrees or until tender. Uncover and pour barbecue sauce over and cook for another hour. Slice thinly and serve.
