BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (I use a couple drops)
1 tsp. salt (I leave this out)
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

Blend together in blender or mixer. Add and mix slowly 1 quart mayonnaise. Do not use salad dressing. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
