MOIST & CRISPY ONION CHICKEN 
1 env. onion soup mix
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 cut up fryer
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Place onion soup and bread crumbs in large plastic bag. Shake to blend. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place 1 piece at a time in bag and shake to coat. Place chicken in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
