PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 or 5 pork chops
5 med. potatoes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper meat; brown in skillet. Put in baking dish. Rinse fry pan with 1/2 cup water. Pour over meat. Slice vegetables over meat. Spread soup over top. Allow 1 hour and 15 minutes to bake at 350 degrees covered. 4 to 5 servings.
