CHEF'S DAY OFF COLE SLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. julienne carrots
1/2 c. julienne green peppers
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. light sweet cream
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together all ingredients, chill and serve. 4-6 servings.
