CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), lg. box
1 c. rice
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding, mix in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until it comes to almost a boil. Add cooked rice and raisins. Mix. Pour into serving casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve warm or cold.
