TACO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
8 oz. pkg. corn chips
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine onion and meat in large skillet. Cook over medium heat until done. Drain off excess grease. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Mix with meat mixture, stirring well. Place crushed chips in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Layer remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
