BROCCOLI AND ONIONS AU GRATIN 
2 cans sm. boiled onions
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1 pt. light cream
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook and drain broccoli. Make cream sauce with butter, flour, milk, cream, salt and pepper. Mix broccoli and onions with cream sauce. Place in casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown.
