| BROCCOLI AND RICE AU GRATIN | |

2 1/4 c. UNCLE BEN'S® instant rice 1 tbsp. butter 1 box frozen broccoli, thawed 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz 2 1/4 c. water Combine water, rice, butter and broccoli in microwave dish. Cook on high 6-8 minutes until boils. Remove and let cool 5 minutes. Heat Cheez Whiz in microwave according to directions on jar. Add to rice and serve. 6-8 servings. | |
