ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. frozen hash browns
2 c. sour cream
1 diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix soup, onion, sour cream and cheese. Pour over potatoes in a 9x13 dish. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
