3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil

Mix above. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cheese. Add sugar and vanilla.
