KAI PHAT NO MAI FARANG 
1 c. sliced chicken breasts
10 asparagus spears
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 glass white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Trim off the asparagus stalks. Soak in water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile boil plenty of water in a saucepan. Add a little salt. Bring to the boil. Cook the asparagus tips in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and arrange the asparagus tips on a serving dish.
