KUMQUAT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. ground kumquats
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. lemon juice

Blend cake mix, milk, lemon jello and kumquats. Add eggs, oil and lemon juice. Put into large 9x13 loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. ground kumquats

Mix the icing together and spread over warm cake.
