SUNFLOWER WALDORF SALAD 
2 sm. apples, cored and chopped (1 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sunflower nuts
1/4 c. yogurt, plain or flavored
1 lg. bananas, sliced
Lettuce leaves

In mixing bowl, toss together apples, grapes, celery, and sunflower seeds. Fold in yogurt and banana slices, if desired and serve on lettuce leaves.

Makes 3-4 servings.
