WALDORF SALAD 
5-6 Delicious apples, cut in cubes
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, cut in half
1 (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
3-4 tbsp. honey
Lemon
1/2 c. raisins (yellow are best)

Squeeze fresh lemon over apple cubes. Add celery, walnuts, pineapple, and raisins and mix. In separate bowl, combine yogurt and honey. Mix well. Add yogurt to fruit. Mix. Chill 1/2 hour. Mix before serving. Serve cold.
