PICKLED CUCUMBERS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Dash of garlic salt
6 c. cucumbers, sliced very thin with skins on
1 c. onions, sliced thin
1 c. green peppers, in thin strips

Mix and stir first 6 ingredients until almost dissolved. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables. Refrigerate in glass jars. Keeps indefinitely.
