PICKLED CUCUMBER ROUNDS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
6 c. thinly sliced cucumber
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
1 sm. red pepper, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced

Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool. Layer vegetables in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish; set aside. Pour mixture over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
