BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 lb. Pikes Peak roast, trimmed & cut into 1" cubes
1 c. dry red wine
4 carrots
2 onions
1 clove garlic, diced
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (6 oz.) can mushroom buttons, drained
Cooked rice

Mix soy sauce and flour in dish, then add cubed meat. Toss to coat. Add wine and let marinate. Cut carrots in 1/2 inch chunks and slice onions. Put all ingredients except rice in a browning bag. Toss one time to coat. Punch holes as directed on browning bag package. Bake at 325 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. Serve on rice.
