1 c. strawberries 1 med. banana, sliced 1 c. milk 1/2 c. plain or flavored yogurt 1 to 2 tbsp. honey Nutmeg Reserve 3 strawberries. In blender container, combine remaining strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt and honey. Cover, blend until thick and smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg. Garnish each with whole strawberry. Makes 3 (3/4 cup) servings. |
