1 c. strawberry yogurt 1 med. banana, frozen 3/4 c. milk 1/4 c. orange juice Put all ingredients into blender including frozen banana and blend until smooth. Makes 2 medium servings of 10 to 12 ounces each. Good for students or anyone that doesn't have much time for breakfast. |
