PIZZA SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. head lettuce, torn (6 c.)
8 oz. sliced salami, cut in 1 1/2 inch strips
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. ripe olives, halved
1 tbsp. snipped chives

In a screw top jar, combine tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper; cover and shake. Chill.

Combine lettuce, salami, cheeses, tomatoes, green pepper, olives and chives. Shake dressing; pour some over salad. Toss to coat. Pass remaining dressing. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
