1 lg. box instant sugar free chocolate pudding
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. dates, chopped fine; optional
1/4 c. coconut

Prepare pudding as indicated on box; add pecans, dates, and coconut. Pour into dessert dishes and chill or pour into baked pastry shell. Serve as a pie.
