CHICKEN AND PEACHES 
8 chicken breasts
8 chicken thighs

Put into bag and shake with flour until covered: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika

In a large frying pan, put in 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 stick butter. Brown the floured chicken. Put in a casserole dish after brown. Put 1 package of sliced almonds in the frying pan and brown. Add the remaining flour mixture to frying pan. Add 1 1/2 cups water and 1 can of beef consomme.

When thickened, add 2 tablespoons catsup. Pour over chicken in casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, covered. 10 minutes before serving, place 1 can halved peaches over the chicken and fill the peaches with Parmesan cheese. Cook 10 minutes, uncovered. Ready to serve.
