EASY ROCKY ROAD 
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. shortening
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Butter 8 inch square pan. In large microwave-safe bowl place chocolate chips, butter and shortening; microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 5 to 7 minutes or until all chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Add marshmallows and nuts; blend well. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Cover; chill until firm. Cut into 2 inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
