1 qt. strawberries
5 marshmallows, cut into quarters
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chilled whipping cream

Crush strawberries, stir in marshmallows and sugar. Let stand about 1 hour. Beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold into strawberry mixture. Pour into tray. Freeze until firm, stirring 3 or 4 times. 8 servings.
